Fee Breakdown and General Information

The Lemon Law Center provides FREE Consultations on your lemon law claim. We do not charge our clients any up-front fees or retainers. The California Lemon Law actually provides an attorney’s fee provision which allows us to collect our hourly attorney’s fees from the manufacturer. This makes pursuing a lemon law claim economically possible for those who would otherwise not be able to hire an attorney.  In addition, any applicable contingency fee would not be due until settlement proceeds are recovered.  As such, if we are not successful and there is no settlement, you do not owe us anything for the attorney’s fees we incurred… now that’s confidence!!!

Our FREE Consultations include a detailed breakdown of the monetary amount we will be demanding from the manufacturer on your behalf. This typically includes: your down payment, monthly payments, registration payments, satisfaction of the payoff balance on your vehicle, and out of pocket expenses for towing, car rentals, etc., less a usage offset usually based on the number of miles you had on your vehicle when the problems first began. We pride ourselves in providing a fast, no hassle service, in which most of our cases are won without even going to court.
